Desi Bites is preparing to open a new restaurant in Leander, with construction set to begin July 15 at 18145 Ronald Reagan Boulevard, Suite 160.
The $500,000 project involves a first-generation restaurant finish-out of a 2,550-square-foot space, including dining and sales areas, a commercial kitchen, and ADA-compliant restrooms. Work is expected to be completed by January 31, 2026.
The new Desi Bites will add to the growing commercial activity along the Ronald Reagan corridor in Williamson County.
