New City of Leander ordinance: It shall be unlawful for any pedestrian to walk, run or otherwise traverse along any portion of Hero Way from the intersection of CR269 with Hero Way to Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard beginning one-half hour after sunset and ending one half hour before sunrise. It shall also be unlawful for any person to operate a bicycle upon any portion from the intersection of CR-269 with Hero Way to Ronald W. Reagan Boulevard beginning one-half hour after sunset and ending one-half hour before sunrise. This prohibition shall include any shoulder or right-of-way along such designated roadway.
