Construction crews are onsite and earth is moving at Leander’s new mixed-use Northline development. The project is the centerpiece of a slate of development happening in what will soon be the town-center of what once was a small bedroom community. Construction on Northline is visible from San Gabriel Drive, near Leander’s new St. David’s Hospital and the Austin Community College San Gabriel campus.
