Williamson Reporter has confirmed that Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill, a “moderately priced, casual theme style establishment serving authentic Southwestern cuisine,” is building a location in Leander. The anticipated opening will be in March 2021. The restaurant will occupy the space that was formerly Cherry Creek Catfish Co. at 11840 Old FM 2243 West. This will be the third location for Blue Corn Harvest which currently operates in Cedar Park and Georgetown.
