$700 Million Mixed Use Development Surrounding 4-Acre Crystal Lagoon Bound For Leander

Leander Springs, a 78-acre lagoon-centered mixed-use residential and retail project is coming to the southwest corner of 183A and 2243 in Leander, Texas. The development will represent nearly a billion dollar investment in the community. According to the project’s developer, iLand Group, Leander Springs will feature 1500 apartments, 75 townhomes, 253,000 sf of retail, 856,000 sf of office space, a 275 room hotel, and a 20,000 sf conference center.

The well-fed crystal lagoon will be surrounded by white sand. Unlike in similar developments across the country, it will not be a private amenity only accessible to neighborhood residents and hotel guests. The lagoon will be a public access amenity for locals, tourists, and Leander Springs residents alike.
