Socially distanced photo opportunity for families to enjoy nightly, through October 31
The City of Cedar Park is offering families a fun, safe, socially distanced photo opportunity for families to enjoy nightly through Halloween, October 31, 2020, with Halloween ON the Hall. Each night, City Hall Building One, located at 450 Cypress Creek Road in Cedar Park, is bathed in purple and orange lighting with the words trick-or-treat and Halloween-themed shapes that include a jack-o’-lantern and bats. Building Four also features a photo backdrop behind its windows.
This photo opportunity is in lieu of the City’s annual Halloween in the Hall, and is in consideration of State and local orders regarding the growing prevalence of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). The City of Cedar Park hopes to be able to welcome families back into City Hall in the future. For now, the City of Cedar Park encourages families to bring their little ghouls and goblins in costume to the City Hall parking lot any night through October 31 and snap a few Instagram-worthy photos. Pro tip: stand a little far from Building One so it can be better seen in the background.
