Buff City Soap, a brand known for its “hand-crafted, plant based bath and body products [with] no animal products [and] no artificial detergents,” is opening a shop in Cedar Park. According to a permit application filed with the city, the new store will be located in the Whitestone Market Shopping Center at 2800 East Whitestone Boulevard. The center sits at the southwest corner of Whitestone Boulevard and Parmer Lane and is anchored by H-E-B.
