Elsie’s Egg Rolls, a food truck offering lumpia, eggrolls, pork adobo, pancit, and traditional Filipino food, is building a brick and mortar location in Hutto Plaza at 525 Chris Kelley Boulevard. Construction is moving fast, according to the Elsie’s Egg Rolls facebook page, and customers can get a preview as the food truck is frequently set up and serving in the parking lot of their future permanent home.
