According to City of Round Rock building permit records, Deckhand Oyster Bar and Seafood is Building a new 8,000 square foot restaurant at 701 West Louis Henna Boulevard just around the corner from its original Parker Drive location. The restaurant’s website touts “not only the freshest oysters from the Third Coast, but the finest seafood whether you like it Asian, Cajun, Thai-style or American; boiled, grilled, and fried.” The restaurant, which currently operates a north and south location, was founded in the Round Rock – North Austin area back in 2010.
