According to a sale announcement published by commercial real estate firm RESOLUT RE, “WoodSpring Suites has purchased 2.76 at 45 Plaza Retail (SEQ of SH 45 and A.W. Grimes Blvd, Round Rock).”
According to the WoodSpring Suites Facebook page, the brand builds “extended stay hotels with in-room kitchens, guest laundry, free wi-fi and more.”
