Penske Automotive Group is building Leander’s first new car dealership on a 37-acre lot at 9550 183A Toll Road, just north of Hero Way. According to Intelligence 360 News, the new dealership will occupy a 45,000 square foot building. Construction costs are estimated at $7.5 million, according to the same report. The lot has been cleared and the new building is taking shape. It appears that Leander’s new Honda dealer is on course to open before the end of 2021.
