Earlier this year, the Ambur Fire burger and barbecue trailer rolled into Hutto and started serving “Texas Style BBQ dishes created by Texas native Scott Amburgey and his wife Sally.” In addition to typical Texas smoked meats and sides, the trailer specializes in Smash Burgers, 1/2 lb Prime Angus beef burgers with a simple season, slapped and smashed on a flat top griddle, served on a brioche bun.
