Las Palapas Restaurants, a popular San Antonio based Mexican restaurant chain, is planning locations in Cedar Park and Hutto as part of the brand’s aggressive statewide expansion according to reporting by the San Antonio Business Journal. Las Palapas is not your typical Tex-Mex chain. Their claim to fame is combining “the best of South Texas and Southern California.”
