According to RestaurantNews.com, “CEO and Co-Founder Chris Milton announced that Toasted Yolk has signed an area development agreement with Ron and Val Claypool to bring the popular breakfast joint to Austin. The new restaurant is slated to open at 14105 Ronald Reagan Blvd. in Cedar Park in summer 2022.” The Toasted Yolk Cafe is a full-service neighborhood eatery featuring reimagined interpretations of traditional breakfast, brunch, and lunch classics. Menu favorites include churro donuts, specialty omelettes, egg scrambles & sandwiches, pancakes and waffles, and poached egg Arnolds.
