A new retail development is taking shape at the northeast intersection of State Highway 183 and Hero Way, across from H-E-B and near Austin Community College’s San Gabriel Campus and Leander Station.
The privately funded project will feature a mix of food, beverage, health, and lifestyle tenants.

The development adds to the growing commercial footprint in Leander, one of the fastest-growing cities in Central Texas. City officials note that purchases made within city limits contribute to local infrastructure and services through sales tax revenue.
