Central Texans with a sweet tooth will soon have another reason to celebrate. Amy’s Ice Creams is expanding to Williamson County with a new shop planned for Hutto at 150 Alliance Blvd, Suite 220.
According to state filings, the project carries an estimated cost of $350,000 and will involve a full interior build-out of a 750-square-foot space. Construction is scheduled to begin October 1, 2025, with a targeted completion date of November 15, 2025.
Known for its creative flavors and signature “crush’ins,” Amy’s has long been a favorite in Austin since opening its first shop on Guadalupe Street in 1984.
The Hutto location will bring the company’s playful, family-friendly atmosphere to a rapidly growing part of Williamson County, joining other recent developments as the city continues to attract new businesses and residents.
