Tejas Meat Supply is building a “full-service butcher shop and restaurant featuring fresh cut meats from sustainable Texas ranches” on the historic town square in Georgetown, Texas at 101 East 7th St.
According to the new shop and eatery’s facebook page, they will offer “a wide selection of house made sausages, jerky and charcuterie. We will also be offering fine artisan foods, beer and wine.” According to TejasMeatSupply.com, a fall 2020 opening is anticipated.
