$42M VA Outpatient Clinic Planned in Round Rock

A new outpatient clinic for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is set to be built in Round Rock, marking a $42 million private investment in health care services for area veterans.

Construction on the facility is scheduled to begin March 9, 2026, with completion expected by Sept. 10, 2027, according to project records.

The clinic will be located at 4425 University Blvd. in Williamson County and will encompass approximately 63,808 square feet. The project involves new construction on privately owned land and is being privately funded for private use.

Plans call for the development of an outpatient medical facility designed to provide a range of services for veterans in the region. The project will also include dedicated parking for patients and staff, as well as a designated service access area.

Officials have not yet released details about specific medical services that will be offered at the site or anticipated staffing levels.

The new clinic is expected to expand access to outpatient care for veterans in and around Round Rock as the area continues to experience population growth.
