Cedar Park shoppers will soon have another dining option at Lakeline Mall, with Casa Xcaret preparing to open a new location in the mall’s food court.
The upcoming restaurant was first brought to our attention through the Cedar Park Foodies Facebook group, where a photo of a “Coming Soon” banner hanging over the future storefront sparked discussion among local diners.
While few details have been announced about the new location, the restaurant’s name and branding suggest a menu inspired by Mexican and Caribbean flavors. The space is located in the mall’s food court and is currently under construction behind a closed security gate.
An opening date has not yet been announced, and it is unclear when the restaurant will begin serving customers.
The addition continues a recent trend of new restaurants and retail activity at Lakeline Mall as the shopping center works to expand its mix of dining options.
