Tuscano Italian Kitchen will host a special Tequila and Tapas pairing dinner on Thursday, July 16, featuring a four-course menu paired with Dulce Vida Tequila.
The one-night event will showcase a series of dishes designed to complement premium tequila selections. The menu begins with hamachi crudo served with blood orange, jalapeño, cucumber, avocado crema and crispy shallot.
The second course features tequila-lime grilled shrimp with roasted corn purée and Calabrian chili oil. Guests will then be served a coffee and chili-rubbed flat iron steak accompanied by smoked sweet potato purée.
Dessert will include Mexican chocolate budino topped with sea salt, candied pecans and espresso whipped cream.
The dinner is priced at $74 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Organizers describe the event as an evening of “bold flavors and perfect pairings,” with limited seating available.
Tuscano Italian Kitchen is located at 1525 Cypress Creek Road in Cedar Park. Reservations are required and can be made through the restaurant’s website.
