A new restaurant focused on quesadillas is planned along State Highway 29 in Liberty Hill.
Quesa Lab is expected to occupy a 1,980-square-foot space at 13900 W. State Highway 29, Suite 100, according to a state construction filing.
Plans call for finishing out an existing vacant retail space with a service counter, dining area, restrooms, commercial kitchen, information technology closet and drive-thru lane.
Construction is scheduled to begin Oct. 1, 2026, and be completed April 1, 2027. The privately funded renovation is estimated to cost $400,000.
The restaurant’s branding features the slogan “Folded. Melted. Loved.” An opening date and menu details have not been announced.
