Construction and renovation projects with reported costs totaling about $1.2 billion were registered in September for Williamson County, according to a compilation of Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records.
The 94 filings include commercial buildings, school improvements, restaurants, retail stores, medical offices and public facilities. Reported costs total $1,203,550,843, with registration dates running from Sept. 1 through Sept. 30.
The largest entries are the $550 million Skybox Hutto 4 core-and-shell project and the $280 million Colovore Hutto data center. Other major filings include a $68 million modernization project at Leander High School, a $60 million renovation for the Texas Municipal Center in Georgetown and the $50 million Hayden Grove Northline project in Leander.
