Just north of the new Whataburger being built at Highway 183 and Metro Boulevard in Leander, a Pohl Partners sign is up announcing a 40,000 s.f. retail and office development coming fall 2021. The building will feature 25,060 s.f of office space, 13,378 s.f. of retail space, a 3,190 sf. rooftop terrace, and a 1,341 s.f. fitness room.
