The City of Georgetown announced in a news release that Titan Development Real Estate has commenced construction on the first phase NorthPark35, a the 146-acre NorthPark35 Class A industrial development at I-35 and SH 130, the northernmost point of the Austin MSA. The location is being promoted as “ideal for distribution and manufacturing companies.”
The first phase of the project, expected to be completed in spring 2021, includes two buildings totaling more than 330,000 square feet. One building will be partially occupied by Georgetown-based Texas Speed and Performance, an aftermarket automotive performance products company. The remaining space will be available for future industrial users. NorthPark35 is designed and master-planned to accommodate users in need of 25,000-250,000 square feet of space.
The development is Georgetown’s first master-planned industrial business park.
