According to a deal announcement by Resolut RE, “180 Office Solutions has leased 1,566 sf at Biz Park 29 (3871 E University Ave, Georgetown).” 180 Office is a locally owned furniture dealer. They work with over 30 manufacturers. They pride themselves on being “set up to accommodate almost any budget.”
