Maggie Mae’s, a Sixth Street staple for over four decades, will soon open Maggie Mae’s Old Town Pub in Leander, its second central Texas location. Bill Shea, the proprietor of Maggie Mae’s, credits a call from Leander Mayor Troy Hill and economic incentives from the city as the main motivating factors for moving forward with plans to build the new pub at at 105 Willis Street.
