Honest Indian Vegetarian Restaurant, a small 20+ unit chain with Texas locations in the DFW and Houston areas, is building its first Central Texas location in Round Rock at 2601 South IH 35, Building 100. The restaurant group started out as one street cart in 1975. They credit their success to a singular focus on sharing their favorite street foods from all over India. The new restaurant will occupy the space that was formerly Green Mesquite Barbeque.
