Hoots Wings, a spinoff franchise concept serving popular Hooters menu items sans the parent brand’s famous “Hooters Girls,” is building its first central Texas location at 2200 E. Palm Valley Blvd. in Round Rock. According to Community Impact, the new restaurant will open in January 2022.
