The City of Round Rock has been recognized with the ETC Institute’s “Leading the Way” award for the second time in a row for its outstanding achievement in providing high-quality services to residents.
As part of the DirectionFinder Survey conducted every two years, Round Rock surveyed its citizens to gauge their satisfaction with the City’s performance in key areas. - Overall quality of services provided
- Customer service provided by employees
- Value received for local taxes and fees
According to the 2022 survey, Round Rock received high approval ratings, including 89% satisfaction with the overall quality of City services, 73% satisfaction with customer service provided by City employees, and 54% satisfaction with the overall value received for taxes and fees.
Round Rock Mayor Craig Morgan commended the City’s employees for their dedication and hard work in providing exceptional customer service to the community. He reaffirmed the City’s commitment to delivering high-value services and addressing the community’s needs through continued strategic planning.
