The renovation and alteration work will focus on an interior finish out, transforming the 2,400 square-foot space to accommodate the restaurant’s needs.
With an estimated cost of $250,000, the scope of work includes renovations to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for customers to enjoy Cheba Hut’s extensive menu offerings. The sandwich chain has gained a loyal following for its unique spin on classic sandwiches, as well as its laid-back, welcoming environment.
