Munch Munch Waffles & More is planning a restaurant in Hutto, according to a state construction filing.
The restaurant is planned for Townwest Commons at 170 Alliance Blvd., Suite 100. The privately funded project is estimated to cost $750,000 and includes the interior finish-out of an existing shell building for a restaurant.
The project covers 3,010 square feet. Construction is scheduled to begin July 6 and be completed Jan. 4, 2027, according to the filing.
Munch Munch Waffles & More has an original location in Liberty Hill. The restaurant describes itself as serving hearty American food, with online ordering and pickup available.
The filing does not list an opening date for the Hutto restaurant.
