A full-service Marriott hotel and convention center is planned for Cedar Park’s CedarView development.
Great Lakes Capital, in partnership with NFM and the City of Cedar Park, is bringing the project to the development, where it is expected to serve as a major hospitality and event anchor.
The hotel is planned to include about 300 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, a breakfast café and an expansive pool area. The project also includes a 30,000-square-foot event space designed for conferences, celebrations and other large gatherings.
The hotel and convention center are expected to open in the first quarter of 2027.
City and development officials have described the project as a catalyst for tourism, business travel and economic growth in the greater Cedar Park area.
