Jack’s Modern Artisan Deli has added a new gourmet burger featuring smoked beef, brie cheese and house-made bacon jam.
“The Brie’s Knees” begins with a half-pound premium beef patty that is slow-smoked to develop a richer flavor. The burger is topped with creamy brie, garlic aioli, fresh arugula, chili vinaigrette and the deli’s house-made bacon jam.
The Leander restaurant described the new offering as a combination of classic comfort food and elevated ingredients.
Each sandwich comes with a choice of side and a pickle spear.
Jack’s Modern Artisan Deli also offers free delivery within 10 miles for customers who order through its website.
