A new Tex-Mex restaurant has opened in Round Rock, adding another dining option along the Greenlawn Boulevard corridor.
Conejos Tex-Mex Cantina is now open at 3200 Greenlawn Blvd., according to an announcement Monday from the city of Round Rock.
The restaurant serves traditional Tex-Mex fare, including fajitas, enchiladas and street corn, with service offered for lunch and dinner. Conejos also plans to serve weekend brunch.
Photos shared by the city show a colorful, contemporary dining room and a menu featuring tacos, enchiladas, rice, beans and other Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes.
The restaurant will mark its opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12.
Conejos joins a growing collection of restaurants and businesses in the Greenlawn Boulevard area of Round Rock, east of Interstate 35.
