A new sports bar and grill has opened at Lakeline Mall, bringing a large food and drink menu, games and plans for live entertainment to the Cedar Park shopping center.
Halftime Sports Bar & Grill held its official grand opening Monday, Aug. 10, at 11200 Lakeline Mall Drive, Unit F-18, according to the restaurant’s social media pages.
The new restaurant bills itself as a sports bar offering food prepared by chefs along with plans for more than 50 beers on tap. The business also says live music on Friday nights is coming soon.
Halftime’s menu ranges from traditional sports-bar fare to steaks and specialty entrees. Appetizers include smoked jalapeño bombs, Wisconsin cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, loaded potato skins, onion rings and nachos.
Burger and sandwich selections include a classic burger, bacon cheddar burger, Wagyu Guinness burger, mushroom Swiss burger, barbecue brisket burger and barbecue brisket sandwich. The restaurant also offers wings, chicken tenders, salads and pizzas.
Among the higher-end offerings are a 20-ounce ribeye priced at $45 and a 28-ounce porterhouse priced at $55. Other entrees include honey salmon, tacos, chicken tenders and waffles and a three-meat breakfast plate.
The drink menu includes margaritas, palomas, Old Fashioneds, espresso martinis, a Wagyu Manhattan and other cocktails. The business says its draft beer selection is still being rolled out.
Halftime is also promoting games and other entertainment as part of the concept, positioning the restaurant as a new food, sports and nightlife destination at Lakeline Mall.
