7 Brew Coffee is planning a new drive-thru location along the U.S. Highway 183A toll road in Leander.
The company plans to construct a 510-square-foot coffee shop at 10281 U.S. Highway 183A Toll Free Road, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.
Construction is expected to begin Sept. 1 and be completed Nov. 10. The privately funded project has an estimated cost of $400,000.
The filing describes the project as the new construction of a coffee drive-thru on privately owned land. Construction dates and costs listed in state filings are estimates and may change.
Arkansas-based 7 Brew operates small, drive-thru-focused coffee stands. Its menu includes coffee, energy drinks, teas, smoothies, shakes and flavored beverages. Customers generally order from employees in the drive-thru lanes instead of entering a traditional coffeehouse.
