Ike’s Love & Sandwiches is planning a new restaurant at the Northline development in Leander.
The sandwich shop will occupy Suite 130 of Building 4 at 10209 183A Toll Frontage Road, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.
The project will include a 1,539-square-foot interior finish-out with a commercial kitchen, service area, customer dining area and two accessible restrooms.
Construction is expected to begin Sept. 15 and be completed Dec. 30. The privately funded project has an estimated cost of $400,000.
The filing does not specify whether the private construction funds will be provided by the tenant.
Ike’s Love & Sandwiches began in San Francisco and has expanded into several states, including Texas. The chain is known for its extensive selection of meat, vegetarian and vegan sandwiches, along with its signature sauces.
Construction schedules and estimated costs listed in state filings are preliminary and may change.
