Chick-fil-A is planning a new restaurant along Carlos G. Parker Boulevard in Taylor, according to a state construction filing.
The 4,730-square-foot restaurant would be built from the ground up at 103 Carlos G. Parker Blvd. NW. Construction is scheduled to begin May 17, 2027, and be completed by Oct. 21, 2027.
The project carries an estimated construction cost of $1.2 million.
An official opening date has not been announced. Construction schedules and estimated costs listed in state filings are subject to change.
