Kilwins, a chain known for chocolates, fudge and ice cream, plans a new shop at 901 Arrow Point Drive, Building A, Suite 102, according to a project filing.
The approximately 1,200-square-foot store will occupy an existing shell space. The privately funded renovation has an estimated cost of $350,000.
Construction is scheduled to begin Jan. 25, 2027, with completion listed for May 7, 2027. The filing does not specify an opening date.
Founded by Don and Katy Kilwin in Petoskey, Michigan, in 1947, Kilwins began as a small bakery before expanding its focus to chocolates, fudge and ice cream. The chain also offers confections such as caramel apples, caramel corn and brittle.
