Tumble 22 Hot Chicken is now open in Round Rock! The popular eatery with locations in Austin, Houston, and Cedar Park recently built out a new location in the former Round Rock Fuddrucker’s building at 2111 North IH 35.
Inspired by Nashville hot chicken, Harold Marmulstein’s Tumble 22 Hot Chicken is changing the way Austin experiences chicken.The all natural chicken is fried and coated in Chef Marmulstein’s own secret blend of spices, getting its heat from the cayenne and spice dip. The basic components of the dish are chicken, a combination of spices, and careful cooking in hot oil.
So how hot is it? Tumble 22’s heat levels don’t mess around. They range from ‘wimpy’ to ‘Stupid Hot’. For those who don’t like it hot, the menu includes other flavor options and sauces like Sweet Chili Yogurt and Cilantro Mint.
