The Rolling Rooster is now open for business in the shopping center on the northeast corner of RR 620 and Anderson Mill Road, right at the border between Williamson and Travis Counties. The Rolling Rooster’s menu features chicken and waffles, fried fish, seafood boils (crawfish, crab, and shrimp), and “soul food.”
