A new fitness center is set to open in north Williamson County as Class UFC Gym has leased 2,078 square feet of space at Walden Park located at 10900 Lakeline Mall Drive. The gym offers a modern twist on traditional boxing and high intensity interval training classes in a high energy environment.
The leasing deal was negotiated by Michael Noteboom and Joey Mendez of RESOLUT RE who represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Bryan McMurrey of Transwestern.
Class UFC Gym offers a variety of classes including boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. They also have a range of fitness equipment and personal training services available.
This new gym is expected to be a welcome addition to the local fitness community and will provide Austin residents with a new option for achieving their fitness goals.
