Coffee lovers in Williamson County have reason to celebrate as Dutch Bros Coffee, a popular coffee chain, is set to open a new location in Georgetown. The new freestanding facility, which will be located at 3900 FM 1460, is expected to start construction on November 22, 2023, and be completed by March 27, 2024. The estimated cost of the project is $650,000.
The new location will feature approximately 950 square feet of space dedicated to quick-serve coffee and other beverages, with a drive-thru and walk-up transaction areas. On-site improvements are also included in the scope of work.
Dutch Bros Coffee has a strong following and is known for its high-quality coffee, friendly service, and commitment to the community. Founded in 1992 in Oregon, the chain has since expanded to over 400 locations across the United States.
The addition of a Dutch Bros Coffee location in Georgetown is expected to be a boon for the local economy, providing new job opportunities and a new gathering place for residents to enjoy their favorite coffee drinks.
