Casa do Brasil Brazilian Steakhouse is moving closer to opening its Round Rock location, with new signage now installed at the restaurant’s future home on Palm Valley Boulevard.
The restaurant is taking over the former Cork & Barrel Pub building at 4000 E. Palm Valley Blvd., transforming an existing restaurant space rather than constructing a new facility from the ground up. Construction is expected to wrap up in early September, with the restaurant targeting a late-summer or early-fall opening.
The Round Rock location will become the latest addition to the Texas-based Brazilian steakhouse chain, which already operates restaurants in Austin, College Station and Waco.
Known for its traditional churrasco-style dining experience, Casa do Brasil features gaucho chefs who continuously serve a variety of fire-roasted meats tableside. Guests can sample cuts of beef, pork, lamb and chicken while also enjoying an extensive salad bar and a selection of Brazilian-inspired side dishes.
