Penske Automotive Group is building Leander’s first new car dealership on a 37-acre lot at 9550 183a Toll Road, just north of Hero Way. According to Intelligence 360 News, the new dealership will occupy a 45,000 square foot building. Construction costs are estimated at $7.5 million, according to the same report.
