The “now open” banner still hangs at Round Rock’s Kababji Grill. The eatery opened its doors in early 2020, just prior to Texas’ enactment of COVID-19 restrictions on restaurant dining. Despite the adverse business climate for restaurants, the Mediterranean restaurant has been getting rave reviews from locals. The eatery’s facebook page has earned nothing less the five stars from all reviewers thus far. “The food is delicious, fresh, and the people are friendly. A great change from fast food,” says one of restaurant’s several laudatory reviews.
