Lights are on while contractors, managers, and employees are working late tonight at the brand new Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location on East Crystal Falls Parkway just east of the 183A intersection in Leander. Construction workers are putting the finishing touches on the building, “now hiring” signs are in the windows, and management on site said the restaurant will open on Wednesday of this week.
