Parmer Ranch is a new 454-acre master planned community being developed at the intersection of Williams Drive and Ronald Regan Boulevard in Georgetown. When complete, the development will include over 1,000 residences, 100 acres of commercial and retail development, and almost 50 acres of parks.
Participating home builders include Empire Builders, Gehan Homes, GFO Homes, and Sitterle Homes.
The first phase of the project will feature 155 homes, a ten-acre park, a food truck court, and an amenity center including a variety of social spaces with a “water wonderland” community pool. The Austin Business Journal reports the timeline for completing all phases of the $500 million development is projected to be eight years.
