Amy’s Ice Creams, the Austin-original known to serve premium ice cream, frozen yogurt, dairy-free fruit ices, and ice cream cakes with a “flip of [their] spade and a smile,” just opened a new location in Cedar Park. The newest Amy’s location is in the former Gigi’s Cupcakes spot at Cedar Park’s 1890 Ranch shopping center.
