Life Time is planning a $52 million fitness center with pools, food service and child care in Cedar Park, according to a state construction filing.
The approximately 102,000-square-foot facility is planned for 301 County Road 178 in Williamson County. The new building will include two food-service areas, pools, offices, retail space and a babysitting service offering care for up to two hours.
Construction is scheduled to begin Feb. 1, 2027, and be completed Aug. 31, 2028.
